Je voulais surtout mesurer mon rythme cardiaque et avoir une id\u00e9e pr\u00e9cise des calories perdues. J&#8217;\u00e9tais en perte de poids et je souhaitais aussi pouvoir mesurer cela pendant mes autres activit\u00e9s sportives (cours co en salle par ex). J&#8217;ai donc opt\u00e9 pour quelque chose de simple, une <a href=\"http:\/\/www.i-run.fr\/electronique\/Montres-de-sport_c1051\/Polar_m98\/Polar-FT7_Polar_fiche_17163.html\">polar FT7<\/a> avec cardio fr\u00e9quence m\u00e8tre ceinture.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2073\" src=\"https:\/\/travelandrundotblog.files.wordpress.com\/2017\/10\/ft7f_purple_550x600_13.png?w=275&#038;resize=275%2C300\" alt=\"ft7f_purple_550x600_13\" width=\"275\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/travelandrun.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/ft7f_purple_550x600_13.png?w=550&amp;ssl=1 550w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/travelandrun.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/ft7f_purple_550x600_13.png?resize=275%2C300&amp;ssl=1 275w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 275px) 100vw, 275px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #339966;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Les points positifs<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; La montre peut s&#8217;utiliser pour tout type d&#8217;activit\u00e9s, m\u00eame aquatiques!<br \/>\n&#8211; Le cardiofr\u00e9quencem\u00e8tre est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis et permet d&#8217;avoir un nombre pr\u00e9cis de calories br\u00fbl\u00e9es en entrant ses donn\u00e9es personnelles<br \/>\n&#8211; On peut facilement savoir si on est dans une zone pour bruler des graisses (FC basse) ou dans une zone pour am\u00e9liorer sa forme (FC haute)<br \/>\n&#8211; Un petit prix<br \/>\n&#8211; On peut acheter s\u00e9par\u00e9ment une nouvelle ceinture pour la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque afin de la renouveler r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Les points n\u00e9gatifs<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; On est vite bloqu\u00e9e par ses capacit\u00e9s quand on veut mesurer ses performances running, surtout en ext\u00e9rieur<br \/>\n&#8211; Je n&#8217;aime pas du tout la sensation de la ceinture cardiaque, il faut qu&#8217;elle soit assez serr\u00e9e pour que \u00e7a soit efficace<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c7a m&#8217;est arriv\u00e9 plusieurs fois que la montre perde le contact du cardiofr\u00e9quencem\u00e8tre<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Runtastic<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quand j&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 courir en ext\u00e9rieur je voulais une application avec GPS afin de suivre ma progression. Comme je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re courir en musique j&#8217;avais de toute fa\u00e7on besoin d&#8217;avoir mon t\u00e9l\u00e9phone avec moi. Cette application est disponible sur tous les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones et est li\u00e9e \u00e0 un site <a href=\"https:\/\/www.runtastic.com\/fr\">internet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #339966;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Les points positifs<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Aucun investissement particulier, une version gratuite de l&#8217;application est disponible<br \/>\n&#8211; Possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;avoir des plans d&#8217;entrainements via leur site internet<br \/>\n&#8211; Un message vocal se d\u00e9clenche \u00e0 chaque km indiquant le chrono<br \/>\n&#8211; Suivi en direct afin que nos proches puissent nous suivre (pas mal \u00e0 la campagne<br \/>\n&#8211; Liaison possible son application \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.runningheroes.com\/\">Running Heroes<\/a> pour avoir pleins d&#8217;avantages<br \/>\n&#8211; On a un compte rendu de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 avec une carte \u00e0 chaque sortie. Je me suis donc int\u00e9ress\u00e9e \u00e0 une montre de running mais avec cardiofr\u00e9quencem\u00e8tre au poignet, je ne voulais plus de ceinture!
