Not easy in New Zealand so a lot of drive in Nord<\/a>\u00a0island.<\/span><\/p>\n Day 7 : Ferry + cullen point + center of NZ<\/span> Arriving in the South Island I stayed in the area of Nelson<\/a> 3 days (waiting for Abel Tasman) and I took the opportunity to go to a garage to fix a little problem with my van.<\/span><\/p>\n Day 10 to Day 15 : Abel Tasman<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n I wanted to do at least one great walk in New Zealand. It was the first time I did a multi-day hike!<\/span><\/p>\n Day 15 : Farewell + Wharariki beach<\/span><\/p>\n Before heading to the West Coast continue my road trip I wanted to see the end of the Golden Bay! At low tide sea lions make the show!<\/span><\/p>\n Day 16 : Pancake rocks<\/span> The\u00a0West Coast<\/a> is the rainiest region of New Zealand. Clouds are often blocked by mountains. After the first mountains the sun was there at Arthur’s Pass but then a lot of rain \/ cloud. I did not see the glaciers but those who saw them told me they had nothing exceptional…<\/span><\/p>\n Day 21 : walk around Glenorchy<\/span> I had been to Queenstown for a cruise in\u00a0Milford Sound<\/a>.\u00a0This time I did not stay too much in the city but rather a walk around and Wanaka<\/a>. And I did the Big Swing as well!<\/span><\/p>\n\n

\nDay 3 : Drive to Napier + Waimarama beach + Maraetotara falls<\/span>
\nDay 4 : Sunrise Napier + city visit + Cape Palliser (lighthouse+ seal+ elephant seal)<\/span>
\nDay 5 : Rain, stop at Featherston<\/span>
