During my Belgian weekend, and after visiting Antwerp, I spent a day in a city where I lived: Brussels!

To connect Antwerp to Brussels, I simply took a flixbus! The journey is not too long and we can save some money! In the Brussels region, nights in hostels were allowed. So I stayed at Safestay Brussels, in the center, for 20E at night.

Visits
Through thunderstorms, I was able to walk around the “grand place”.
In Brussels there is also a curiosity very popular with tourists: the Menneken pis! But did you know that the city also hides its sidekick, Jeanneke pis and their dog, Zinneke pis?
Street art linked to comics is also hidden throughout the city (there is a map) and many others!
Of course, I took the opportunity to eat some famous Brussels waffles!
But don’t worry, I also enjoyed some good salads during this weekend!
